Die Lubricant Spraying System

Die Lubricant Spraying System

NKH Hammers' Die Lubricant Spraying System is a high-tech device specifically designed to maintain the water-based graphite / non-graphite lubricant in a continuous and stable suspension. That is why uniformity and homogeneity of water and lubricant are imperative to optimal performance plus effective lubrication.

The advanced pump mechanism is one of the key components of this system. The working principle based on pressure differential ensures that it discharges lubricant only when the spray gun is actually utilized. This intelligent design contributes greatly towards efficiency by reducing wastage as well as expensive compressed air utility conservation.

Die Lubricant Spraying System

Several integral parts make up the assembly of NKH Hammers’ Die Lubricant Spraying System with each having specific functions in entire range of operations carried out within the equipment. Some of these parts include:

Lubricant Reservoir: It holds water-based graphite lubricant ensuring a steady supply to all other system components.

Mixing Chamber: Continuos agitation causes that keeps lubricant afloat preventing settling while achieving an equal mixture.

Pump Assembly: The core of the system and uses pressure differential technology to manage lubricant flow and reduce waste.

Spray Gun: The tool used to apply lubricants on the die working surface. It is designed ergonomically for easy handling and precision administration.

Control Valve: Controls the flow and pressure of exiting lubricant allowing adjustment as per requirement.

Filter System: Ensures removal of dirt substances or other particles from a lubricant before it gets to the spray gun ensuring quality lubrication.

In general, NKH Hammers’ Die Lubricant Spraying System is designed to ensure efficient, cheap and durable lubrication which improves performance and longevity of die-casting operations while reducing waste and running costs.

Die Lubricant Spraying System

  • Safe Workplace: Direct Human exposure to graphite molecules is eliminated. No graphite deposits results in safe and non-slippery environment
  • Leaner Process: Lubrication can be simultaneously incorporated with main forging process. Cycle time is reduced significantly
  • Cost Reduction: Graphite infused in the liquid can be reused for multiple cycles, thus drastically reduces consumption of new graphite material.
