Niranjan Singh Kartar Singh Hammers (N.K.H.) was established in 1960 by S. Kartar Singh (1926-1993) with the vision of introducing the forging hammers in India also known as God Father of Forging Industry. The Company is now headed under by his son S. Kulwant Singh and his Grandsons Mr. Jasmer Singh and Mr. Zailinder Singh, (Third Generation).
NKH Hammers is the first Indian Company, to Introduce Forging Machines in India and our share is more than 90 % of successful installations in the forging Industry which are running across India as well as Abroad.
Even in the 21st Century and all other colorful accomplishments that our modern world of the media presents us with every day, machine engineering and plant construction which is dependent on forged components by Forging Machines is and will remain one of the most important pillars of our present-day prosperity. Without high-strength, forged metal components, the economic and technical development that we have experienced over the last seventy years would not have been possible. Electricity and mobility in the form of motorized vehicles of all kinds are just two of the multifarious fields of application for modern Forged Components.
Late S. Kartar Singh
(1926-1993)
NKH Group is formed in 1960 with the vision of Late S. Kartar Singh. He had a long stressful journey from simple layman to big business Tycoon. With his hard work, patience, and intelligence he reached the highest level of being considered as a doyen of the Industrial Revolution in the Forging Industry in Ludhiana. He was known as the Godfather of the Forging Industry in India and was given this recognition by the President of India Honourable V.V.Giri in the year 1972. He had a strong stable personality. Despite many hurdles in life, he had a strong determination & faith in life and never lost hope to achieve what he wanted to achieve. The brave man, a great fighter, a revolutionist, a great thinker, a great teacher, and above all a great philanthropist, he always thought progressively and was responsible for the Industrialist revolution first and later a Society Man by building Rajput Bhavan in 1974 for various types of skill development training free of cost.
S. Kulwant Singh

He is an Engineering Graduate with experience of about 37 years. He is the son of the founder of NKH Group Late S. Kartar Singh. He did engineering in casting from Meerado, Ludhiana in 1978. Further, he did specialize in casting courses from Japan in the year 1979. He has strong expertise in casting, a major component in the production of Forging Machines. Besides, he is methodical and meticulous in ensuring proper/open deliberations on any subject of significance. Under his able and mature leadership, the Group consolidated its strength in the forging industry with large-scale expansions within a short period. He believes in developing and empowering his team of professionals for the overall growth of the organization.
Jasmer Singh is a third-generation entrepreneur currently managing the affairs of the company. A Post Graduate in Engineering & Computer Application from United Kingdom (UK), he is a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence. He ventured into the family business at a very young age and since the year 1995, has been playing a pivotal role in guiding the forging machinery business. He leads from the front and is a driving force behind the NKH Group. Possessing a never-say-die spirit, he acted as a torchbearer to sail the Group smoothly through the recent tough times. With his deliveries, he took NKH to newer heights.
Zailinder Singh is a third-generation entrepreneur. He has more than 15 years of experience working in the Machine Tools & Forging Industry on various important assignments. A Postgraduate in Marketing Management, he heads the Commercial and Marketing of the company. He has a rich exposure to various fields operations at Plant and Corporate. A dedicated, committed, and result-oriented professional, he leads by example and strongly advocates for discipline and systems. With nearly 15 years of excellent commercial marketing experience, he is a real asset to the Organization.
