Technical Capabilities

Our design and engineer staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable to streamline your operations with our design and engineering services. Whether you have a hand-drawn sketch of a new product or an idea for a component that will improve a process, our skilled technicians have the experience needed to produce quality products and parts that feature great design and functionality.

Our custom design and engineering services include:

The machines that we operate are CNC and mechanical including heavy machine tools such as lathes, drilling, and milling machines.

The weight of machined large-size elements can reach up to 100 tons. These elements can be transported by cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of 100 T. In addition, we have gantry cranes over each of the machining and assembly stations, with a maximum lifting capacity between 5 T and 100 T.

Design / Quality

Within the company, we have 3D CAD/CAMsoftware and the equipment necessary in the process of machining & designing several metal parts of forging machines. Thus, the company is organized to ensure the supply of products within the shortest lead time to meet the customers’ needs. To most important in the production system is a healthy relationship of design, production, and QC department. NKH Hammers has a dedicated QC team that involves experienced & young quality engineers to deal with any new issues and finding a positive solution.

Testing Equipment

To secure strength and confidence, which is an advantage, we make excellent use of testing devices in-house. We have a chemical testing lab, a magnaflux inspection device is to detect any flaw in the raw material before fitting into the machine that cannot be found by visual check, and the ultrasonic inspection device, for defect inspection.

Horizontal Boring/ Milling

We provide a variety of advanced manufacturing solutions, with an up-to-date in-house CNC facility it opens the horizon of machining facility at NKH Hammers which including floor boring/milling which provides you guaranteed precision, efficiency, and quality when it comes to the finished product.

We offer CNC milling of all-sized parts, from extremely small to up to 80 Tons., and can able to work with a wide range of materials, including:

  • Steel
  • Mild steel
  • Hardened steel
  • Brass
  • Aluminum
  • Bronze

Our milling equipment is expertly installed and maintained, and we employ highly skilled operators who ensure the finished product meets the highest level of standards. Our goal is to provide cost-effective, streamlined manufacturing solutions for even the most challenging of applications.

Vertical Machining Centres

At NKH Hammers, we boast a large selection of state-of-the-art vertical machines that can handle job lengths up to 3 meters efficiently. From extremely small parts measured in microns, such as die holder, slides, and die/molds with the highest level of accuracy and quality. Our machine centers can easily handle milling, boring, drilling, tapping, etc.

Turning Centers

We have an in-house CNC turning facility and also provide services for a variety of industries, including machine tools, automotive, energy, and rail. We use the most advanced CNC turning equipment available and can handle a range of precision turning work. We provide both CNC turning as well as manual turnings lathes.

Our CNC turning centers and CNC flatbed lathes have a capacity of up to 630mm OD x 3000mm long.

Service & Repair

NKH Hammers can expertly repair many different types of service components for different equipment manufacturers of forming machines as per customer drawings such as MASSEY, LASCO, BRET, TMP, NKZM, HUTA ZYGMUNT, etc. and applications, including:

  • Forging hammer rams, sow blocks, slides, columns, and anvil blocks.
  • Forging hammer gears, shafts, drums, and for forging press brake drums, clutch assemblies, and related.
  • Forging press bolsters plates and assemblies.
  • Trimming press crankshafts, gears, rams and base plate.
  • Forging press wedges, pitman, ram, bolster plates and eccentric components.
